UF Cryoflex® 200 SSN933 Cryogenic Hose
Nylon lined composite hose assemblies suitable for a wide variety of fully refrigerated liquefied gasses such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) at -198C (-325F), Liquid Ethylene at -105C (-220F) and liquid nitrogen at -229C (-380F) propadiene, liquid ethane and liquid CO2. Manufactured with high tensile strength T316 stainless steel inner and outer wires with engineered resistant barrier layers embedded in the hose wall to prevent permeation and leakage. Hose assemblies are capable of pressurization and full vacuum with a T316 stainless steel end fittings for cryogenic transfer applications such as such as tank transfers, road or rail use, top loading, or in-plant use where a degree of high flexibility, full flow and kink resistance is required.
Certifications and marking the hose to USCG regulations 33 CFR Section 127.1102.
Hose assemblies are available for rope lagging for additional dragging protection and insulation.
Working pressures of up to 150 psi (10 bar) with conformance to EN 13765:2010 and working temperatures from minus 382centigrade/minus 20 Fahrenheit to 135 degrees Centigrade/275 degrees Fahrenheit. Consult United Flexible engineering for applications of high pressure temperature and pressure combinations as not all products are suitable.
